Conservatory Roof Conversion
We went to Denny this week to transform this conservatory. Changing the polycarbonate roof to a much nicer Metrotile shingle in burnt amber for the client. Inside, we isolated the ceiling with kingspan and a covering of superfoil to ensure this room is cosy in winter as well as cooler in the summer months. Once the plasterboard was up we installed 8 new chrome downlights to finish it off.

This extension was taken on in the beautiful Scottish summertime. Digging out the foundations allowing the contracted block worker to lay a great base for us to build the new kit on. The end results in a fantastic spare for the client to enjoy her garden no matter what the weather and a very useful space to do it in.

This 25 year old conservatory was in need of a new rood, windows and doors. Metro tiles in place of the polycarbonate made a huge difference to the usability of this conservatory.

This client asked if we could brighten up her lounge. This window certainly does the job. Apologies as i forgot to take a picture of the end result with the plasterboard tied in and the new window sill fitted!

Out Building Renovation
This client reached out with the idea of turning his old leaking outdoor space into an office space we passed some ideas around. With a new doorway and finished in larch cladding, new windows and doors, new Firestone rubber roof with new deepflow gutter system, plasterboad inside with downlights, Vinyl click flooring and new skirtings. He now has the lovely dry office space to enjoy.

This client requested a lovely dark oak floor to flow from the front door all the way to the back door including the kitchen and bathroom. Once all the old skirting boards were off, the floor was a pleasure to lay. With new OG skirtings fitted afterwards the downstairs was complete.

When you have old tired decking, one option is to replace the whole structure with new timber, treat the timber and lay beautiful composite decking boards down. Along with new fence panels and Perth's river Lade flowing underneath, what a stunning transformation to this clients garden.
